Sometimes admin user, catstreet, needs access to the admin search for Downloads in the front-end Dashboard. She doesn't have this option available to her. Can you give her permissions to it? Thanks.

Add an additional vetting button for SubProjects which allow fansubbers to checkmark if they are externally linking a platform/comm that requires additional vetting. Checking this will remove the need to add details about the additional vetting and will show a default message warning users that additional vetting is required.
