Archived Subtitles Imported

I was importing some subtitles for the Streaming tab in a Subtitle Project and all of the Archived subtitles were also imported.
Please adjust the logic so Archived subtitles DO NOT get imported.
The ones that are active should only be the files that are imported.

Amrayu78 Fixed. Archived subtitles are no longer imported.
The import only skipped ZIP files and ignored the Archived flag. Now only active files are imported, both via the Import PB Link button and the auto import on save.
