Feature Requests

Dramas have many different formats and we'd like a new field, titled "Format" These are the formats: Primetime (renzoku) Asadora (morning drama) Yorudora (nightly drama) Shorts Taiga (historical epic) Web (web or streaming drama) <-- add this for Specials and Movies; the above formats only exist for Dramas Please create the new field and add the above types minus the content in the parentheses. This new Format field can use tags like genres. After creating the new field, please update the data: Update "Format" field to "Primetime" for all dramas except the following: Query Dramas with the genres: "Asadora" or "Yorudora" or "Taiga" and update their "Format" to the relevant Format types listed above Please make sure that Drama titles in Treasure Island or Pirate's Booty don't get bumped up due to the Modified Date being changed. Finally add this Format as an option in Advanced Search.

Sometimes I may make a mistake and invite someone that I didn't mean to. Can we retract their invite by creating an Uninvite button? This will make the current invite expire as soon as the button is pushed.

Some minor updates to clean up the dashboard. See attachments. We should remove the Details widget at the bottom and move it up (in the 2nd screenshot).

Hi Max! On some pages, for big series (such as this one: https://drama-otaku.com/drama/kasouken-no-onna-season-14/ ) the amount of related titles can get out of control. Can you add a show more button after the first 3-4 titles? Thanks!

Hi Max! Just wondering if it was possible to have the search field on "back end" work if you search by kanji. It's possible on the front end! (The person being searched for does exist.) Thanks!

Can we add the same code that's on Oshi Shrines to People pages too? I noticed that some people pages may have a very long vertical image and lots of empty space if a bio is not shown. I'd like to cut down on the amount of white space that we have at the top since it's wasted space. Attaching 2 images, one from oshi shrine, and one for a person's page.

Can we also add a Dashboard link in the nav? Some users may not know that you have to click the profile icon to get to the dashboard. I think spelling it out in the nav will help. So keep it on the little person icon, but add "Dashboard" as a link in the dropdown too.

I noticed with this list: https://drama-otaku.com/list/summer-2025-subbed-dramas/ That the images are not all the same height (square size). Is there a way for us to keep them the same size in grid view? The links in the overlay for comments on hover are hard to read, can we change links to a contrasting color?
