To prevent users who continuously downvote on titles for no good reason, let's implement the following logic...
If a user gets downvoted (thumbs down) on their reviews at least 5 times, do not count their reviews (scores) into the final drama review totals.
Additionally, if they get at least 1 thumbs down, dim their review like we do now for reviews where the user didn't mark their drama as "completed" in their watch list.

Max Romanchenko Another enhancement, in case you missed this.
Amrayu78
Max Romanchenko new enhancement when you get the chance.

Amrayu78 Thanks for this one. I took a moment to check what else is still open on ratings, so I can handle it all at once. Both this and Adjust overall ratings change which reviews count, so I'd do them together and recalculate all titles once.
Still open there
1,321 titles have a past end date but no episodes on our site. A keeps them unrated, B counts them as aired. I'd go with B.
In this ticket
1.) Dimmed now means not counted. Should a review with 1 to 4 thumbs down be dimmed but still count, or not count at all?
2.) Is only the review with the thumbs down dimmed, or all reviews of that user?
3.) 5 thumbs down in total across all of the user's reviews, and then none of their scores count anywhere?
4.) Can it be 5 thumbs down from 5 different people? Otherwise one person can downvote 5 reviews of the same user and remove all their scores...
The MDL import data is fixed now, so the recalculation will cover all titles. Before going live I'll send you the new numbers, the March ones are out of date.

B counts them as aired <- I'm fine with this.
- If it has 3 thumbs, do not count at all.
- Only the review with the thumbs down dimmed
- Yes.
- Yes.
Once a user is downvoted 5 times total, none of their reviews count, so they can be dimmed.

Additionally, some users may not want their scores to be added to the total. Let's add a setting to let them opt out of the total aggregate DO rating. This means do not show their scores anywhere. It's only available for them to see (private).

Amrayu78 Done on a copy of the site with today's data, the live site is untouched.
One more data gap like B. Most one-episode specials have no end date, so they never counted as aired. I treat them like movies, aired once the start date has passed. Otherwise 201 specials would lose their rating.
After the recount 2,045 titles change their rating, 529 of them by a star or more. 141 lose it. 70 of those only had reviews from the 2 users with 5+ downvotes, the rest have no end date or no reviews from users who completed or dropped the title.
OK to run it on the live site?

Specials - yes you can treat them like movies.
Yes, run it on the live site.
Also please add code for this too:

Amrayu78 Done. The ratings are recounted on the live site with the new rules, and one-episode specials count like movies.
The opt-out is live too. In Settings, under Privacy, there's a new option "Include my reviews in DO ratings?". If a user picks No, their reviews don't count toward any rating and nobody else can see them, only the user can.
