"Failed to update the number of watched episodes. Please try again." Hopefully this helps narrow things down and makes it clear that the issue is tied specifically to the quick edit form.

Thank you! I was able to reproduce the issue - it turned out that Arno was pressing the Enter key on his phone, which caused a double trigger. I've disabled this behavior since the field saves automatically as you type.
