User requesting username change

Hi Max,
A user was wondering if it's possible to change their username.
Registered/Current Username: Zorosuke
Registered Email: alvinbbragais493@gmail.com
They wish to change their username to "Alvin" if this is possible.
I know it can be a bit tricky to change the username so I wanted to make sure this is something that can be done.
