If a Movie is selected, gray out the Episode Status field as this is not applicable.
Also do not show the text Episode Status in the following places (if it shows now):
  • Subtitle Project page
  • Archives
  • Indexes
  • Search
  • Frontpage widgets
  • Badges should be "In Progress" (Orange with no text Ep of xx)
