Move Delete List link/button to the top for Custom Lists

Can we move the Delete List button from the bottom of Custom Lists and move it to the top where the Edit List button/link is?

This will be better in case the user accidentally clicks on the NYAN! button. It's too close together, so moving it to the top might be better.
