Expand Oshi Spots for People and Groups pages and Custom Lists

This is a similar functionality we have for Dramas, Movies, and SPs, but I'd like to expand this to people and groups.
When famous people or groups post images from locations that they've visited (usually restaurants or famous locations), fans will usually want to visit those places too.
See mockup below.
As a result of this, please allow users to add Oshi Spots for People and Groups in Custom Lists too.

Max Romanchenko: sorry, I meant to increase the text field in edit mode. The notes can be fully shown once saved though.
