Default Subtitle Provider Profile
complete

Can you add a feature into Spyglass that allows admin to associate a "default" subtitle provider profile for people?
Or maybe add a new checkbox in Subitle Provider Profile pages...
Upon creation of a subtitle provider profile page, auto-tag the page as their default.
Upon save, show an informational pop-up that says this Subtitle Provider page is now their default and they can change it in their settings (link to anchor/section in settings).
We got a few new Subtitle Providers, and I notice they aren't adding their profile to Subtitle Projects. It may be that they are having a similar issue of being unable to select their Subtitle Provider Profile?
If we auto-link it on creation though, this will work as a workaround.

Max Romanchenko new ticket for you when you get the chance. Thanks.

Amrayu78 Thank you. Both options make sense. I'll start with Spyglass.
Regarding the checkbox - could you clarify what label it should have?
But if the user unchecks the box, the default provider won't be saved. Maybe the checkbox should be "smart" and check if the user already has a Subtitle Provider page, and if not, prevent unchecking it. Is that correct, or am I overcomplicating things?
Do we even need a checkbox, or should this be handled in the background? After all, in the Subtitle Project creation form, we mention that the default provider can be changed in the settings.
I just don't want to overcomplicate things with pop-ups, as it might clutter the code unnecessarily...

Max Romanchenko If you can find a way for this to be handled in the background, that would be best.
For spyglass, if a user is a contributor, add their default fansubber profile to their spyglass profile. But also allow admin to change it or add one if they do not have one associated?

Amrayu78 I've made changes to Spyglass to set/change the default provider for contributors (only available to admins).
Please check.
Then, when we're done with Spyglass, I'll move on to the next step (setting the default provider in the background).

Amrayu78 Done, I've implemented automatic background linking. When a contributor creates their first Subtitle Provider profile, it's now automatically set as their default, which should resolve the issue with new providers not being able to select their profiles in Subtitle Projects.
