Critical error on Series page

There seems to be a critical error that occurs on the series page also. It also seems to cause critical errors on all the pages that are connected to the series.
Steps to recreate:
Added Drama / Movie / SP to Series.
Removed Drama / Movie / SP.
A critical error occurs.
I'm now unable to load any of the pages related to the series.
This is the original series page: https://drama-otaku.com/series/fujiko-f-fujio-sf-tanpen/
and this is a page that is connected to that series page: https://drama-otaku.com/drama/fujiko-f-fujio-sf-tanpen-drama-season-2/
Hope that helps!

Thank you for the detailed description of the problem. This is very helpful!

@Max Romanchenko: Another critical error.
Max Romanchenko
Amrayu78 I fixed it. Please let me know where such critical errors will occur. I will fix them quickly. Since the delete relationship buttons have been replaced such problems will be much less and soon there will be none at all

Max Romanchenko: No critical errors but I noticed that there still seems to be an issue in removing a drama/movie etc added to a series as it doesn't seem to remove it.
Steps to reproduce:
Add drama/movie to series.
Remove drama/movie from series.
Click "OK"
Nothing happens as a result (it isn't removed).
I can remove them okay from the wordpress backend though, this is just from the front-end.

Cat I really appreciate your detailed testing, it helps a lot!
I fixed it, please test again, now deleting drama/movie/special should work correctly.

Max Romanchenko: Can confirm I was able to add/remove from Series pages now!
But just wanted to report that when I added an entry to it for some reason it kept going to the top no matter if I added it first or after.
The series page is https://drama-otaku.com/series/sensei-no-otoriyose/
I wanted the "spin-off" to be listed underneath the "parent" but for some reason even if I add it after it still ends up on top.
I hope this makes sense!

Cat Thanks for the additional info. What you say makes sense, but let me explain about the sorting - right now it is done by First Air Date field (Ascending). So this is an expected result, since spin off was released earlier. I didn't change this logic, that's the way it was. Please let me know if this makes sense.

Max Romanchenko: Ahh! I see what you mean, I didn't realize the air date was first on that one until you mentioned it lol. I guess that makes sense in that case!
