Block People pages from Guests

Please do the following:
- Update Access to People pages by NOT allowing guests to read these pages -- I've already updated this
- Update the template so guests see: Page Not Found For Guests (this is the same content template used for Subtitle Projects and Subtitle Providers)
We do not get a high amount of traffic on People pages and bots keep hitting these pages which causes high load on the site.
For now, let's block these pages.
